Scope of Services
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Experience convenience by completing notarizations entirely online via our secure platform. We cover basic but essential acts such as Acknowledgments, Jurats, Oaths, and Affirmations.
While signers can be located anywhere, Illinois regulations require notaries to be physically present within state lines during virtual sessions. All digital acts strictly adhere to Illinois Notary Compliance standards.
General Notary Work
Assisting with personal, legal, business, healthcare and government matters. For financial and business needs, notarizations may cover contracts, business formation documents like LLC or corporation filings, partnership agreements, corporate resolutions and bylaws, commercial contracts, and stock transfer documents. Miscellaneous documents include parental consent forms for travel or education, adoption paperwork, school and college forms like enrollment or transcripts, notarized copies of identification, diplomas, or certificates, and other sworn statements, acknowledgments, or certifications.
Real Estate & Loan Signing Support
We provide comprehensive support for mortgage, refinancing, and real estate packages in strict accordance with Illinois law.
Important: Per Illinois standards, some transactions may require attorney oversight. We ensure all acts are performed within legal boundaries, providing no legal advice. All document handling and notarization processes strictly follow Illinois Notary Compliance standards.
Apostille Services
We provide professional guidance on certification through the Illinois Secretary of State, ensuring compliance with international document requirements and state-mandated apostille procedures.
Estate-related Documents

I-9 Authorized Representative
We serve as an Authorized Representative to verify employment eligibility for Form I-9, maintaining strict identification records.
